Workshop of Implementation of matching and cooperation Businesses and Industries (IMPAK DUDI) Universitas Lampung 2023

University of Lampung (UNILA) through Office of Cooperation Development and International Service (UPT PKLI)  held a Workshop of matching and cooperation between the Industry and Business companies (DUDI) in Lampung on Thursday 15^th of June 2023.

The event was held in Randu Hills, Bukit Randu Hotel, Bandar Lampung and was attended by 12 big companies, and 80 participants. This event aimed to increase the quality and quantity of cooperation between UNILA and DUDI in various fields such as increasing the main performance indicators (IKU) of institutions in downstreaming research results, teaching practitioners, and preoccupation of graduates.

In this occupation, The Vice-Rector for Planning, Coperation and ICT Unila Dr. Ayi Ahadiat, S.E., M.B.A., gave speech that collaboration with world-class partners is one of the IKUs that must be achieved through Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program. This collaboration could be carried out through internships, curriculum, and the engagement of college graduates at DUDI. He hopes this workshop can become a forum for creating links and matches between universities and career world. It was also hoped that the results of cooperation with the central government, regional governments, the business and industrial world, universities, and elements of society are expected not only to be temporary outputs, but also as a purpose for cooperation to achieve sustainable prosperity. Through the matching fund program, Unila and DUDI can collaborate in obtaining funding to solve the problems in the industrial world. “Hopefully our meeting will produce results that will be the great benefit to the nation and the state,” he concluded.

This event were also attended by the directors, leaders and company management, the dean of FISIP, the dean of FMIPA, the secretary of LPPM, the secretary of LP3M, the head of UPTs, and all of the vice deans for academic and cooperation of faculties in Unila.
