Campus Orientation Program

Five international students from Darmasiswa Scholarship Program attending campus orientation as provisions before start their study at the University of Lampung ( Unila ). Activities held in Office of Cooperation Development and International Service (UPT PKLI ) in the third floor of Rectorate Bulding, Monday (5/9).
This event guided by the head of UPT PKLI Prof. Dr. Cipta Ginting, M.Sc. The Students briefed about topic of how to stay legall in Indonesia, pertaining to immigration, social and cultural of Lampungnese and Indonesia , and etiquette of study in campus unila.
Darmasiswa is partial scholarship programs of the Indonesian government to foreign students from various countries that interested in studying Indonesian Language (Bahasa Indonesia), art and culture of Indonesia.
Artur Piotr Avril from Poland, Floria Marie Balbine ( Madagascar ), Andrianarivony Georges Leonio ( Madagascar ), David Marko ( Slovakia ), and Vu Ngoc Thuy Trinh ( Vietnam ) are five students of Darmasiswa Program in Unila for academic year 2016/2017.
They will learn Bahasa Indonesia in special class BIPA ( Bahasa Indonesia untuk Penutur Asing ) who formed by lecturers of Art and Language program in Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Unila . They also learn Lampungnes traditional music talo balak and cetik, learning Lampungnese traditional dance and Pencak Silat (Indonesia’s martial art) Lampung that are hosted by Student Arts Center (UKMBS) Unila.
