International Student Art Performance 2014

Today 19 June 2014 located behind Rectorate Building, eight international students at University of Lampung perfomed Lampung arts and cultures such as Sigeh Pengunten dance, playing Gamolan Pekhing, Talo Balak Musical Instrument, Lampungese Poetry, and singing performance.

Name of students are Michal Valach (Slovakia), Alexandra Dudzinska (Poland), Okubo Yuzu (Japan), Arana Ogawa (Japan), Oh Jimin (Korea), Pov Sophea (Cambodia), Prak Sivorn (Cambodia), and Lek Savy (Cambodia). This event was attended by two hundred people consisted of Vice Rector, Deans, Lecturers, Student Institutions at University of Lampung, some private universities, some students from elementary schools, junior, and senior high schools in Bandar Lampung.

This event was officially opened by Rector of University of Lampung, Prof. Dr. ir. Sugeng P. Harianto, M.S. Rector stated that this performance is to internationalize Lampungese cultures and as one of Unila’s efforts to be World Class University.
