Attending the 9th Joint Working Group for Indonesian-French Cooperation

University of Lampung joined the 9th Joint Working Group (JWG) for Indonesian-French Cooperation on May 3-4th, 2017 at University Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta. Delegations for Unila were represented by Prof. Dr. Mahatma Kufepaksi, M.Sc., the Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation, and Information Technology and Communication, Prof. Dr. Ir. Cipta Ginting, M.Sc., the Head of International Office Unila, and Mr. Suratno. 

There were six thematic discussions for all participants both from Indonesia and France. Prof. Dr. Mahatma Kufepaksi, M.Sc. joined the discussion about Social Science and Humanities (Law and Politics/Sustainable Tourism/Economics), Prof. Dr. Ir. Cipta Ginting, M.Sc. joined the discussion about Food Security and Agriculture, while Mr. Suratno joined the discussion about Marine and Maritime. The delegations also met partner cooperation from France; namely Universite du Maine, Universite de La Rochelle, and Institut Francais Indonesia.
