UPT PKLI Held Sharing of Knowledge for all the staff

Office of Cooperation Development and International Service (UPT PKLI) Universitas Lampung held a meeting “Sharing of Knowledge session on Wednesday, 16th August 2023 at UPT PKLI Unila.

This new agenda will be held weekly at UPT PKLI. The objective its self aims to Promote learning and growth by each staff, to create an environment where each individual can continuously learn and grow by sharing their knowledge and experiences with others.

Prof. Irza Sukamana, S.T., M.T., PhD, the director of UPT PKLI, said that this agenda also to enhance collaboration among the team members by providing a platform where they can easily share their expertise, ideas, and solutions. Break down silos and promote interdisciplinary collaboration. He also said that each individuals will do presentation about their job, which also to expand their professional development that provide a platform for individuals to showcase their expertise and leadership thought. Enhance their professional reputation and foster career development through knowledge sharing.

By accomplishing these objectives, the office aims to create a dynamic learning ecosystem where individuals are empowered to contribute, collaborate, and thrive through the exchange of knowledge, ultimately leading to enhanced performance and achievement of organizational goals.
